As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today that consideration of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee” would be held off another week, until 4th March 2022.

ONE is pleased to announce the sponsoring of a scholarship at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore and a donation sum of SGD 30,000 to the school’s Social Mobility Foundation.

Due to the recent developments in Ukraine and Russia we regret to inform that our operations in the area are disrupted and our ability to complete the carriage of consignments to some destinations is, or is likely to become, obstructed, therefore:

ONE is pleased to unveil the restructuring of the Asia – East Africa (EAF) service into two new services EA3 (East Africa 3 (Mombasa)) and EA4 (East Africa 4 (Dar Es Salaam)). These two newly created services, the EA3 with a Mombasa loop (including Qingdao) and the EA4’s Dar Es Salaam loop, will provide greater frequency and a more stable schedule. This restructure will benefit ONE's customers with more reliable service.

ONE is happy to announce that we have launched #OneOcean project and partnered with Singapore’s Garden City Fund (GCF), a registered charity and IPC, established by the National Parks Board in support of coral conservation. ONE has donated a sum of $20,000 to nurture a Reef Enhancement Unit (REU) for the Plant-A-Coral, Seed-A-Reef Program organized by GCF.

This measure is a critical step in preventing accidents and ensuring the safe handling of your cargo. We know that declaring the correct commodity is as important for you as it is for us, therefore we kindly ask for your collaboration in checking that all cargo booked is correctly declared.

The setup of THE Alliance’s network has been reconfigured to ensure a comprehensive port coverage. The enhanced service setup will be effective from spring 2022.

ONE has donated SGD 50,000 through the Singapore Red Cross in contribution to humanitarian aid efforts in response to the volcanic eruption that occurred in Tonga on 15 January 2022.
